| Here's
Another Great Reason to Join Cottonwood
Connection— Our Singles Making
a Difference™ Program
What
a great way to meet great singles AND give
back to our community, our beautiful state
or the planet. From its inception, it has
been Cottonwood Connection’s intention
to incorporate events geared towards helping
non-profits. Every month we adopt a non-profit
organization and our members help them by
planning a fundraiser, donate money or volunteer
our time. Many worthy non-profit organizations
are feeling the pinch of reduced funding
due to reduction in government spending
on these organizations and also a sluggish
economy. It is our hope at Cottonwood Connection
that not only do we provide fun ways to
meet other great singles, but we also give
back as well.
Ways
we help non-profit organizations:
For our monthly adopted organization we
will:
- Donate
10% of all new member and renewal fees.
- Host
or promote a fundraiser for the non-profit
that all members will be invited to attend.
- Provide
members the opportunity to donate their
time, services and valuable skills to
organizations making a difference in the
world.
Why
is our Singles Making a Difference program
important to you?
Giving
back to the community has always been a
core belief for us here at Cottonwood Connection.
And we believe that many of our members
would also like to contribute to meaningful
organizations in ways that also bring them
in contact with other caring singles.
